Certified Property Manager^®

The Certified Property Manager^® (CPM) credential requires a candidate to undergo an extensive certification process including a wide range of educational, experience, ethics and examination requirements. This is one of the three real estate management certifications offered by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
