Teamwork is important to us, which is why we prefer to hire and train and promote from within the company.  We've been blessed with low employee or vendor turnover.  It is essential to us to work with and reward vendors and suppliers that are honest, and guarantee their standard of work.  For this reason, most of them have been with us for years.  The same is true for our employees, once part of the Sea Property Management Family, there's a loyalty that extends indefinitely.  Building relationships is what we are all about.
